Repair & Maintenance
We offer repair and maintenance services for $55.00/per person per hour. For safety purposes, two people are required to complete repairs. Material costs and $35 per truck trip fees are assessed.

If your roof is under warranty:
1. Contact the roofing manufacturer and give them your warranty number.
2. Tell the manufacturer that you have a problem and ask them to contact Phinney Industrial for the repair.

Our Safety Plan
Phinney has a safety plan in place that can be tailored to each job site. Additionally, when new employees join the company, a general safety manual is reviewed. All foremen are trained in the OSHA ten-hour course. Our Safety Coordinator, Kathey Phinney, is trained in the OSHA 30-hour course. All personnel are trained yearly in fall protection, hazardous communication in addition to many other safe job-site areas.

Frequent safety inspections and weekly safety meetings are held.

Copies of the information gathered at the weekly safety meetings and any job-site safety inspections can be forwarded to the building owner.
